Cancellation Policy:

All classes require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You may cancel a class via the mindbody app up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Provided your class is still valid, you may then rebook another available class within that same time period.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed classes, will not be credited or refunded. As an independent business, we rely on this notice period to offer your space to someone on the waitlist or to allow us to make fair staffing decisions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Health & Liability Waiver:

By attending any class at Palm Flow, you confirm that:

  • You are participating in classes voluntarily and have no known health concerns that would prevent you from exercising safely.
  • You have received medical clearance if required and take full responsibility for your own body and movement.

Palm Flow and its instructors are not liable for any injury or health condition that may arise from participating in our classes. Participation is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the environment you are exercising in is safe and suitable.

If at any point you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, please stop immediately and inform the instructor.
